1915
Scouting started in Sarawak at the Hokkien Free School, Kuching by Mr Philip Cox.
1940
Sarawak Boy Scouts Association was registered and affiliated to the Imperial Boy Scouts Association of Britain.
1949
Mr B R Adai was the 1st Scouter sent to PTC at Gilwell Park, London.
1950
1st Scout Leaders' Training Camp at Santubong [ October ]
Scouting started in Betong by Mr B R Adai.
1951
The Sarawak Boy Scouts Association Ordinance No: 11 of 1951 was passed [ 01.06 ].
1952
Mr R H Hickling was appointed as the 1st Chief Scout Commissioner, Sarawak by the Governor.
Scouting started in Miri by Rev. Synod.
1954
Scouting started in Sibu by Mr A H Weeks [ March ].
Scouting started in Mukah by Mr Kipli.
Scouting started in Sarikei by Mr Gordon.
1st Cub Scout ( PTC ) was organised at Santubong.
Commonwealth Chief Scout Lord Rowallen visited Sarawak [late October ].
1955
Mr Yeo Cheng Hoe ( later Datuk ) was appointed as th 2nd Chief Scout Commissioner, Sarawak.
1957
1st Queen's Scout Award in Sarawak was awarded to Mr Peter Lim.
Mr G W Stevens arrived as the Organising Commissioner for British Borneo Territories (North Borneo, Sarawak and Brunei).
Mr B W Knight was appointed as the 3rd Chief Scout Commissioner, Sarawak.
Sarawak Boy Scouts Association Ordinance No: 11 of 1951 was amended by Ordinance No: 16 of 1957.
12 Scouts and Scouters participated in the 'World Jubilee Jamboree' at Sutton Park, England to celebrate 50 years of Scouting and B-P's Centenary. [01 - 12.08 ].
Governor Sir Anthony Abell became Chief Scout of Sarawak.

1958
1st Scout-PTC ( Preliminary Training Course ) [ 2 weekends ] was organised at Santubong, Kuching [ 09 - 17.08 ].
The World Chief Guide, Lady Olave Baden-Powell visited Sarawak.
Mr A H Weeks warranted as Sarawak Training Commissioner [ October ].
1959
Scouting started in Kapit.
8 Scouts and Scouters participated in the 10th World Jamboree at Mt. Makiling, Philippines.
