Venue:

• Holiday Inn Resort Damai Lagoon
  Location: Situated at Teluk Penyuk Beach along the South China Sea. 45 km from Kuching International Airport and 35 km from Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak.

Airport Reception:

• Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia Sarawak will arrange all arrival reception and departures. Participants are requested to provide their travel details to the host association, copy to World Scout Bureau/APR office.

Workshop Fee:

• US$150.00 covers hotel, food, inland transport, workshop kit

Accommodation:

• Twin sharing

What to Bring:

• 15 minute presentation focused on Public Relations and IT initiatives of the National Scout Organization. Audio-visual equipment required should be communicated in advance to the host association.
• Scout uniforms. Participants and staff are requested to wear their uniforms at workshop sessions and tours.
• Casual clothes. In May, temperature in Kuching is 30-35oC. Casual clothing is suggested for other functions/activities, i.e. barbecue on the beach.
• Swim wear. Holiday Inn has the largest lagoon-shaped pool in Sarawak. The hotel overlooks the South China Sea.
• National costume for international night.
• Personal kit
